Who are we?
We set up Inventory Hub to meet the growing need for a truly independent, friendly and efficient inventory service to private landlords, letting agents and tenants at a price that is realistic. It is a legal requirement in Jersey to have an Inventory and condition report upon the start and the end of the tenancy. Failure to have one can lead to a large fine. We have completed the relevant qualification to be accredited with ARLA Propertymark Inventories and also comply with Rent Safe Jersey and have professional & public liability insurance in place. Furthermore, we also have completed the ARLA Propertymark Lettings and Management qualifications and have 15 years experience in the Jersey property industry.

We use the latest technology to ensure that reports are in a professionally documented format which is detailed and accurate, including 360 and digital photos - our reports are usually delivered within 48 hours ready for the start date of the tenancy or upon the tenants expiry date at checkout. The accuracy and detail of the reports have proved to be vital when it comes to protecting both the landlord and the tenant and in settling legal disputes. Our reports also allow a landlord to use the 360 photo gallery to remarket their property to new prospective tenants if not using an agent.
