INTERIM INSPECTIONS

These inspections are during the tenancy, usually every six months, but they can be tailored to the landlords requirements.

​

Both landlords and tenants can benefit from our Interim reports as they can detail any changes in the condition of the properties fixtures and fittings, and can alert the landlord of any damage due to faulty machines or potential liabilities that either the landlords or tenants may be responsible for.

​

The report also comments on the tenants general compliance with the terms of tenancy contract.
