INVENTORY & SCHEDULE OF CONDITION REPORT

Detailed Inventory with remote check-in

All our reports are professionally complied in accordance with The Jersey Law and UK ARLA Propertymark guidelines and  and are paper free, making the whole process efficient for the tenant and Landlord/Agent.

We will visit the property in order to complete a comprehensive written report detailing the state and condition of the property and all its contents, including but not limited to, ceilings, walls, doors, floors, fixtures and fittings.

The reports are very descriptive in accordance with the Jersey Law and have no confusing abbreviations. We always include 360 photographs of each room, which we combine with further digital photos of individual items when further description and comments of any deficiencies are needed. We can also include any compliance certificates on the Check In Report to comply with the regulations.

The report will then be sent electronically to the tenant before or on the day the tenancy starts for the tenant ready to review and make any further comments before the report is finally approved upon the tenants sign off.

Being paperless with your check-in inventory isn't just about getting a signature - it's about engaging tenants/residents at the start of their occupancy.

If they have a fair way to feedback photos and comments upon moving-in, you're much more likely to have valid feedback and is all within the final approved document.

This means there's more detail and both parties are mutually agreeing on compliance, condition and cleanliness issues in accordance with the legislation.

We can also arrange to meet the tenant at the rental property at the start of their tenancy, but many prefer the remote check in option.

Guidelines will be provided to tenants detailing what they are required to do before check out at the end of their tenancy in regards to cleaning etc.
