
CHECK OUT REPORTS
At the end of the tenancy, once the tenant has moved out and all cleaning work has been completed, another report is compiled alongside the original inventory report.

Specific details with regards to the general condition and cleanliness of the property are noted and any damage/ missing or left behind items are listed and photos taken.
360 photographs of all rooms are taken again for comparison.

From this check out report an assessment can be made as to whether a claim is required for deductions from the tenants deposit.

We can also provide a checkout report for Landlords or Agents even if the original inventory was not created created by Inventory Hub, but please note all comments made on inspection can only compare to what is detailed on the original inventory report.
