Sample Check-In Report

We are a strong believer that the more detailed your Inventory/Condition Check In Report is the easier it will be when you are dealing with the Check Out of the tenancy.

All our reports are very descriptive to comply with the Law. We always include 360 photographs of each room, which we combine with further digital photos of individual items when further description and comments of any deficiencies are needed. We can also include any compliance certificates on the Check In Report to comply with the regulations.

The report will then be sent electronically to the tenant before or on the day the tenancy starts for the tenant ready to review and make any further comments before the report is finally approved upon the tenants sign off.

Being paperless with your check-in inventory isn't just about getting a signature - it's about engaging tenants at the start of their occupancy.
